Experience - This week reiterated the need to continue to engage in a living, breathing discourse about the
realms of art, finance, artists + community. - It is cool to have the opportunity to listen to everyone and experience different cultures.
But it was a little overwhelming to me for a whole week because too many things were going
on, and all the things were overlapping. “Culture”, “business”, “management” are all large
topics. I would rather spend more time on 1 specific arts form and dig deeper, than touch all
the topics on their surface. - Back to Back sessions discussing practical and theoretical practices made for a very mind
expanding and useful FIRST DAY IN TURKU (Talk about first impressions) all this followed by a music recital made an impression of an incredibly well rounded afternoon! - -Hanna Varis party a success
-„The dirty and clean „ philosophic speech not very engaging
-The „Konserthuset program“ very interesting
-The artmanagement too narrow and too dominant as a theme
- The combination of theoretica, analytical and practical have all come together at a
culmination point. That point was the concert where many of the discussions on access, points
of entry and practical business applications circled in my head - I used to put on a “cap for thinking”, but now I know that what I should do is get into a blue
bell and just listen
